No, we only offer contracts for freelancers. I.e. You must have your own business (B2B).
Project broker. We mediate project cooperation between companies and Polish freelancers. There is a B2B contract between the freelancer and CODA100, i.e. the hours worked are invoiced and paid to CODA100.
1st interview: Recruitment.
2nd interview: Technical validation.
3rd interview: (optional) customer interview (depending on the customer; potential iteration).
4th briefing for project assignment and customer information.
5. Project start.
Technical validation during the interview (which could include some technical tasks).
Depends on the customer requirements.
Depending on the recruitment process.
Onboarding briefing from CODA100.
Customer/project dependent (agile project management, core working hours, etc.).
Access to interesting companies in Germany. Guaranteed punctual payment of invoices.
Opportunities to work on various projects. Opportunity to work in special project teams.
We provide the contract template in case of a project offer.
English is the default language. Other languages are optional / nice to have.
We offer flexible project assignments (also part-time).
As long as there are no customer restrictions (industry, etc.), there are no limitations from CODA100 in this regard. Realistic assessment of the workload desired.
Social events for freelancers are planned for 2025.
This is a one month notice period.
